1What you agree to
NowPay is an online service. By opening an account, applying for a card or accepting an agreement in the app, you agree that we and our partners may give you agreements, disclosures, notices, statements and other records ("Communications") electronically instead of on paper, and that your electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
If you do not agree to receive Communications electronically, you will not be able to use the Service.
2How we deliver Communications
We may show them in the app or on our website, send them to the email address on your account, or let you download them (for example as PDF files). A Communication counts as delivered when we make it available in one of these ways. Please read them promptly.
3What you need
A phone or computer with internet access; a current version of a common browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge) or the NowPay app; a working email address; and the ability to view, save or print PDF files. By agreeing, you confirm that you have these.
4Keeping copies and paper
You can save or print any Communication from your browser or device. You can also ask us for a paper copy at no charge by writing to contato@nowpay.com.br. We keep records for the periods the law requires. We may still send something on paper if we need to.
5Keeping your email up to date
Keep your email address current in the app so that you receive our Communications.
6Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw this consent at any time, free of charge, by writing to contato@nowpay.com.br. Because the Service is provided online, withdrawing it means we will close your account after you withdraw your balance. Withdrawing does not affect Communications already delivered.
