Built to be trusted

Verified by people

Every account and every new top-up method is reviewed by our compliance team.

Only accounts in your name

Money comes in and goes out only through bank accounts and wallets that belong to you.

Protected by design

Questions

Do I need a bank account in the country I am visiting?

No. You pay from your NowPay balance, and the merchant receives local currency through Pix, VietQR or FPS, just as if a local had paid.

Who can open an account?

Individuals aged 18 or over can sign up from any country. USDT and USDC top-ups are open to every verified customer; local bank top-ups such as Pix need an account in your name in that country.

Which documents do I need?

To start: your phone, email, full name, date of birth, nationality and country of residence. To add a bank top-up method: a passport or residence permit and proof that the bank account is yours. You do this only once per method.

How much does it cost?

Every payment shows the exchange rate and fee before you confirm. Fees depend on the currency pair and drop as your monthly spending grows.

Where can I pay by QR code?

In Brazil (Pix), Vietnam (VietQR) and Hong Kong (FPS), with more countries on the way.

Can I use NowPay on my computer?

Yes. The web app works in any browser, with the same account as the iPhone and Android apps.
