Virtual card terms

1Who issues the card

The NowPay virtual card is issued by a licensed card-issuing partner under the rules of the card network (for example Visa). The partner’s cardholder agreement, which you accept when the card is issued, forms part of these terms. NowPay provides the app and support.

2Who can get a card

Cards are available to verified customers where our policy and at least one card partner allow it, based mainly on your country of residence. Some applications are reviewed by our compliance team, and some countries are not supported.

3Funding and spending

The card spends from the balance you move to it in the app (for example USDC). You cannot spend more than is available. Before converting money for the card, the app shows the rate and fee.

The card cannot be used in some countries and for some types of merchants, whoever holds it, because of sanctions or the partner’s rules. Those payments are declined.

4Keeping your card safe

Keep the card details private. You can freeze the card in the app at any time. Tell us at once at contato@nowpay.com.br if you see a payment you did not make; disputes are handled under the card network’s rules.

5Changes and cancellation

We or the card partner may suspend or cancel the card, for example if your account is closed or the law requires it. You can ask us to cancel it at any time.
